This Privacy Policy explains how Vektriva Solutions (“Vektriva”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, vektriva.com. We aim to collect as little data as possible and to use it only for the purposes described here, in line with applicable law including Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, company, business email, phone / WhatsApp number (optional), the topic you are interested in and your message.
Technical information. To protect the form against abuse we process your IP address in a one-way hashed (pseudonymised) form for rate limiting, and we may record your browser’s user-agent with an inquiry. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, date/time and page requested) for security and operation of the service.
2. Cookies
This website uses a single essential session cookie (vk_sid) that protects the contact form against
cross-site request forgery. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking
cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy first.
3. How we use your data

- To keep the website secure and prevent spam or misuse.
We process this data based on your consent when you submit the form and on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and securing our website. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who we share it with
We only share data with service providers that help us run this website — for example our web hosting and email providers — and only to the extent needed to provide their service. They process data on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality obligations. These providers may store data on servers located outside Indonesia. Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless a longer period is required by law. Rate-limiting records are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and protected against automated abuse, and access to stored inquiries is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
